George Munro, ALS

George Munro has been involved in Land Surveys starting with the PFRA in 1952. George received his commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor in 1964. He formed George Munro & Associates Ltd. in 1973 and in the year 2000 joined Focus Corporation. His surveying background is extensive in Municipal Development as well as Resource Development Surveys. George joined with Bob Wallace, ALS of Global Surveys Group in 2009 to form Munro Global Surveys Group, based in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Brian Munro, Office Manager

Brian has been working in the surveying industry since 1974 starting as a chainman with George Munro & Associates. His early background was oil and gas surveys in Alberta and Saskatchewan then evolved to road construction surveys for Cypress County. Future roles were all aspects of Municipal Surveys to a position with Focus in Medicine Hat. Brian formed Munro Global Surveys Group with Bob Wallace, ALS in early 2009 in order to service past and future clients in all areas of the Province.
