Development Permit Surveys
If you are planning a renovation or any construction on your property, you may require a development permit and building permit from the city, town or municipality you live.
In the City of Calgary there are requirements for the format of this document depending upon where you live. Global Raymac Surveys can assist you through the process and can advise you on who to talk to at the City of Calgary Planning and Development Department.
How much does this cost?
The requirements for a development permit vary widely throughout the City of Calgary as well as the work required to prepare the document. As a result, in order to give you the best price, Global Raymac Surveys will only charge you for the work performed. We will invoice you at an hourly rate, but will give you a general quotation prior to commencing work.
How long will it take?
We will generally be able to send a field crew to your property within one week. We should be able to have the document prepared within another week.
